jan 2024: new price moderation into new times
-to the customers relief and enjoyment in to the new year, in times of very high taxes and high inflation - at erpduo we have reduced some of our prices with at least 10 % from 2024. hopefully that will give us more stable revenues per project or contract. the market is moving in a bit "slow-down" where are working with new contracts in a marginalized local market with hiring partners. although we are able to take direct contracts, we are not often allowed to do so in the oil and energy markets. -/CEO

although we pay bills and payables several times per month, the management and accounting office has announced that payables or dues will be paid after the 20th per month. that is also as we have to quality check and get approvals internally to purchase or prolong a pO from anybody. -/CIO

there are many holidays during a normal year with red days, religious days or public planning days, that makes staff, receptionists and management work from home or with "away" days. therefore we would hereby notify you that we need upto 3 days to reply on a payment invoice or on any subscriber related request to us. -/CIO

due to a large number of customers and clients, some potential clients may receive some emails from us during weekends, in order to not overload the mailing systems. we are currently using google cp and hubspot. only company/org emails and names are gathered for this purpose -/CIO
