1.4.2024: MEDIA/PARTNERS: ERPDUO to be looking for equity
-While erpduo is maturing as a complete it company with many important investments ahead, the company will in outlook for equity or capital partners by this year. We have not chosen our bookrunners, agents or private banking partners related to the ecm business support, but will be interested in at least one or two parties to contact us directly at ndi@erpduo.com. Some of you have already heard from us based in multiple locations as scandinavia, EMEA or USA.

4.3.2024: MEDIA/PARTNERS: ERPDUO Indus to become DK InfraIndus LTd
-ERPDUO industry solutions and energy systems has now been restructured in to a new company setup,
and will operate under the new company from march-april 2024. ERPDUO is still assisting the separated company with business segments as, r&d, business development and resource allocation in very important and demanding sector. some of the projects may include datacenters on the infrastructure, while on the industry 5 segment we would look into possibilities into other "hardware" comprising machines and microchipsets, by letting the two company segments develop over a timespan of 2 years. A short team will be assigned during this year to better handle complexities and partnerships with other stakeholders. For the international workspace the company is registered in the uk, but we are looking into ventures in norway, scandinavia and pakistan among target countries. nasir iftikhar is registered as a chairperson or company director, and board director with working roles with his background and experience in 2024. CEO or MD has not been elected yet. all company related information in intended to be searchable.

-As erpduo is growing with some growth challenges, capitalization need, and customer acquisitions into a market that is slowing down a bit again in 2024 - to the altruistic corporate functions in order to hire, develop and deliver to a demanding market place from energy, engineering, industry, retail and other segments, the board has concluded that nasir iftikhar (44) is assigned as interim ceo for a year to lead the group company for a period with instability and new opportunities, with his background from it, economics and project management. He has also experience as a cto for some years in erpduo, and spent two years on learning about financial markets, about ipo's and funding. A slow down in the near markets will mean that we can focus better on what the company is good at and take orders with projects where that is possible. normally, and issue for a european country is that jobs and contracts are coming from abroad, which is the reason that we have our hq in uk. while for nordic or scandinavian customers, they require local presence, that overarchingly means that the capital employment is very high for one given country. the ceo will continue to follow up partners, partnerships, consultants, companies, suppliers strategically into EMEA/MENA region including turkiye, pakistan as our roadmap plan for expansion.
our mission for the years ahead is still; better innovation, better services & better solutions.
ERPDUO Academy continues to hire graduates who can stay with us in several countries, but primarily in norway, sweden and denmark.
ERPDUO EC: continues embracing the landscape of enterprise consulting(EC) with great software from SAP, Microsoft and Oracle. We have also quality management software, it management, it lifecycle management, datacenter center of technology (CoT), some business consulting, engineering for indus, with more concentration around software development in 2024.
-this will not change my position as md or gm, but hopefully we will be able to realize things a bit faster. erpduo is ready to take orders and for book-building, but following up consultancies, teams, customer requirements in norway/nordics, in these times has become more challenging for smb's demanding much higher free cashflow and working capital than before. in addition, we are operating in high tax countries, language requirements, reference points which stops up many processes as a supplier or contractor., we will still be interested in investors, partners, and board members to join us with their respective strenghts and capacities adds ndi.

NOR/UK, 1.9.22: price regulation after 3 years of inflation
after very high price hiking all over the europe with 30% over the past 3 years and ca 80% for pakistan, we have decided to increase our hour prices.
what has increased: food, travel, postage, air, taxi, train, property, housing, clothing, cleaning equipment. slight increase on fiber and telco. in order to pay salaries and taxes we have to follow the norms of a region. ERPDUO has actually only increased prices twice over 7,5 years starting from €75.
